Google Video Player is the player (now available for Mac) the search engine formerly known only as the you can view videos on Google Video on your desktop: if you download a video file you download GVP (Google Video Player) is not really more than a link (not downloaded). At the moment I have not found a real use, unless Google changes the system and only allow download files in this format and watch them on your player ... Even though you know that if you want to download files from Google Video (and many other sites) it is best that you pick up the Video Downloader Javi Moya, an extension for Firefox (free) with which you can download the FLV (flash video) and even the original file (MPG, AVI ... .) I never appreciate Javi sufficient gift.
